She had an accident as a child which caused the front teeth to be lost and others were damaged and needed a lot of treatment. Unfortunately she will now lose the teeth which were treated.  As the front teeth have been missing for some time she will need a bone graft which will be carried out under conscious sedation. Once healed we will place two dental implants followed by a bridge which will allow her to get rid of the denture and feel confident with her new smile.
