She had a lot of treatment on the tooth and unfortunately it could not be saved. The option of having a partial denture was quickly dismissed and a bridge was not an ideal option as it would mean having treatment on healthy teeth either side of the gap. We placed a dental implant where her tooth was removed and she now has a secure, natural looking front tooth, no denture and healthy teeth.
