Dr. Richard HeamesConsultant Anaesthetist FRCA
I have worked with White for 6 years and in that time the team's friendliness, politeness and helpfulness has never failed to impress me. They always take the time to fully discuss treatment options with patients and answer any questions they may have. From a practical point of view, the attention to detail and hygiene for any treatment gives me total confidence and means that I would recommend White to anyone. All members of the team work well together and are genuinely happy which is all down the atmosphere created by Ben and his wife, Em.more...

Claire BeesDental Therapist
Claire BeesDental Therapist DH/DT GDC: 106250
Our team is small and intimate. The people I work with are friends, not colleagues. Heidi babysat for me on Friday night and we often pop into each other's houses for a cuppa. Because we all get on so well we can speak openly and honestly. Being able to discuss something immediately and directly, to pick up a shortfall, give some guidance or praise great work, is what I think ensures our success. We all work as a unit so if I have a break between patients and everyone else is busy, I will make the tea or do the filing – just like they would do for me.more...
Claire graduated from Cardiff University in 2006. Em WhitePractice Manager
Em WhitePractice Manager BA (Hons)
We know that White would not be the same practice without our team. The atmosphere in the practice thrives upon the sound of laughter from both our team and patients alike. The mood is not somber or one of anxious people dreading their appointment. We know about our patients' lives and their feelings about coming to the dentist, from the relaxed to the anxious, we try to give them the best possible experience with us. Truly, our work together is more than a job.more...

I knew I wanted to be a dental nurse so I sent my CV out to local practices. I was offered several trainee dental nursing positions but chose White because they felt genuine and interested. It doesn't feel like a dental practice. Everyone's always got a cup of tea and it's more like seeing friends than going to work. The patients comment on this too. Everyone's my teacher. Whatever you do here, there is someone to show you how to do that job and how to do it well. It makes you feel really supported and keen to do your best – to please everyone. Danica Payne 2010 (written when Danica was a dental apprentice).

Lisa KnightTreatment Coordinator & Dental Nurse RDN GDC: 133683
When I first started working here I didn't imagine for one minute there would be such closeness and togetherness. We have become such a close-knit family. That's why, over the years, we have become a successful practice. In fact most of our patients say it's like coming to see friends and very often come early for a cup of tea and a chat. We have had lots of success with nervous patients who say visiting us has become a pleasant day out for them.more...
Positive feedback is regularly passed around our team, which is great for morale. It is a happy place to be - everyone works hard and pulls together. I always know that I can rely on receiving help from our team; I only have to ask – and sometimes I don't even have to do that; it's there before the words are spoken.
Lisa qualified as a dental nurse in 2003. She has received orthodontics at White.

I grew up in Hamble and Ben was my dentist when I was younger. I really appreciated the opportunity Ben gave me to do my work experience at White. It was from this moment on that it was my ambition to work at White in the future as it is like no other practice I had worked at. Ben, Em and the rest of the team have always been so welcoming and friendly and have made me feel like part of the Team. I have a special interest in Dental Implants and working alongside Ben and watching him expertly placing dental implants and being part of transforming peoples smiles is especially rewarding
