Claire graduated from Cardiff University in 2006. After qualifying Claire worked in Somerset before moving to Southampton.

As most patients are aware of the role of the hygienist we thought that it may be beneficial to tell you something about Dental Therapists. Dental Therapists are qualified to carry out all treatment that a hygienist can provide but in addition to this they can carry out simple fillings on both adults and children and can remove children’s teeth (if they are a little bit wobbly and need a little help!).
